What can BIM Consultancy do for you?March 12, 2019 8:00 am
In May 2011, the UK Government mandated a minimum requirement for level 2 BIM on centrally-procured public projects from April 2016. This distinguished level of collaborative working requires all parties to produce 3D models with all associated project and asset data being electronic and delivered in accordance with processes set out in Publically Available Specifications, PAS 1192-2 and PAS 1192-3.
Since the mandate, the industry has witnessed BIM being widely adopted on non-mandated projects due to the many efficiencies it can provide.
For many, understanding what impact these requirements have on their method of working can be daunting, and now with the recently released international BIM Standards to adhere to, BS EN ISO 19650-1:2018 and BS EN ISO 19650-2:2018 this can become ever more confusing.
Whether your team is new to BIM or simply looking to transition to the new ISO standards, Waldeck’s BIM Consultancy offering can assist you with every step.
But, what is BIM Consultancy?
BIM Consultancy is centred on turning our client’s visions for their assets into reality; helping organisations develop robust processes and workflows to improve performance, whilst generating value and delivering efficiency.
