The Wolsey Road development represents the first major investment in the area for many years, playing a vital role in revitalising the heart of Coalville and setting a benchmark for future developments in the region.

Working closely with North West Leicestershire District Council, the project team has ensured that the scheme not only meets local housing needs but also contributes to the area’s wider regeneration and long-term growth.
