The refurbishment of Bluecoat Academy include a new, purpose-built two-storey science block and central facilities block, with food and assembly hall, commercial kitchen, activity studio, ICT suites and staff rooms.
Our solution
Appointed by HE Barnes, our team have provided fully co-ordinated RIBA Stage 4 Building Services designs on the scheme, delivering Level 2 BIM with full. The scheme also included a series of phased enabling works for demolition and re-distribution of M&E service supplies through the site.
