Circle’s new state-of-the-art hospital will open to patients in 2020 and will bring to Birmingham the high-quality care and excellent hospitality that Circle is known for.
The £21.85 million private patients’ facility in the heart of Edgbaston’s world renowned Medical Quarter will be an addition to Circle Health’s existing portfolio, which includes facilities in Bath, Nottingham and Reading.
Our solution
Our team were responsible for collating RIBA Stage 4 design information from sources such as smoke ventilation specialists, CHP specialists and M&E consultants.
Based on the information received, our team delivered a full M&E design check of the systems to ensure compliance. We were also responsible for other elements of the project including the design of lighting, operating theatres, natural gas, plantroom ventilation systems, a basement car park and cold water storage tank rooms.
