The two-phase Maidment Court development comprised of a two and three-storey traditional load-bearing masonry care home and eight-storey steel-framed assisted living care home.
Our solution
Our team provided Civil and Structural Engineering from tender stage through to construction for the two-phase care home development.
Phase 1 comprised of 40 studios for rent, along with shared communal facilities, which accommodated the residents of the existing care home as the new one was constructed.
Phase 2 saw the creation of 47 1-bed and 2-bed apartments, available for mixed tenure, with both blocks providing high quality care and support.
