The £2million Porthouse Farm development included a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership homes.

Our solution

Waldeck’s role was to facilitate the Section 106 deal upfront and then to act as Employer’s Agent during the construction period based upon the Development Agreement with specification enhancements agreed by Fortis Living and Keepmoat Homes.
