Project overview
The Worcestershire scheme includes a mix of affordable rented units and shared ownership homes, comprising mainly 2-bed 4 person and 3-bed 5 person homes with a limited number of 1-bed 2 person apartments.
Our solution
Waldeck are acting as Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works as well as currently assisting all parties in getting the works on-site, following what proved to be a difficult planning process.
