Project overview
Wylfa Newydd is a proposed new nuclear station on a site adjacent to the old Wylfa site on the northwestern coast of Wales.
Our solution
Our BIM team supported Horizon during the early stages of design, to help them to reach their aspirations at the time, of the build being viewed as an ‘exemplar BIM project’. Our team focussed closely on information management for the project, covering all aspects of the project-level BIM delivery, through to operation of the built asset.
The results
This project is currently on-hold after funding for the scheme was not obtained.
