Following this news we are pleased to share that as of 12th April the framework, which covers projects up to £500million in value, is now live.
Waldeck are framework suppliers for Clerk of Works services in the North, Midlands and South West, further strengthening our building surveying offering.

“The current generation of the framework has enabled close to 700 projects since its inception and is on track to reach its upper limit of £200m. Furthermore, over £141m of social value has been enabled to date.”

To be considered for Pagabo’s Professional Services framework, providers were required to go through a rigorous OJEU compliant tender process, prove strong finances and relevant experience. As well as this, providers on Pagabo frameworks are required to share the company’s passion for social value and technology.
This second generation of the Professional Services Framework will run for four years, from the 12th April 2020.
The framework’s first iteration has delivered projects for clients including; Southampton City Council, Anchor 2020 Ltd, Department of Health, Manchester City Council, Northumberland City Council, Humber Foundation NHS Trust and Leeds Becket University.
