Waldeck has secured a place on the framework for Midland Heart, a leading housing and support provider with charitable aims of providing truly affordable homes in the most challenging areas of the Midlands.
Due to Waldeck’s place on the Places for People Framework, we were able to bid for the Midland Heart Framework, which we were successful in securing places on two lots for:
- Lot 3: Employers Agent, Clerk of Works, Principal Designer and Purchasers Agent – For projects under £6 million
- Lot 4: Employers Agent, Clerk of Works, Principal Designer and Purchasers Agent – For projects over £6 million
The framework as a whole offers four lots and covers Architecture and the above consultancy services.
