Becky Hicks, HR Business Partner shared:

“We are extremely honoured to be shortlisted in three categories at the Constructing Excellence East Midlands Awards 2024. This recognition is a true testament to the incredible work our teams have undertaken over the past year. At our core, we prioritise our people, and this nomination reflects the dedication and passion they bring to their roles.

“Awards like this provide us with an opportunity for reflection. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day operations, but being shortlisted allows us to pause and acknowledge the impact of our training programs, community involvement, and EDI initiatives. Writing the submission for the People and Culture Award was a meaningful experience as it allowed us to appreciate the positive contributions we have made to our people and the communities we serve.

“These shortlists are a welcome piece of recognition for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable practices. It is a privilege to be part of an industry that continually inspires and motivates us to push boundaries and strive for greatness.”

The awards recognise the contributions made by architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other key players in the construction sector. By showcasing their expertise, dedication, and forward-thinking approaches, aiming to inspire and motivate the industry to reach new heights.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 27th June at The Athena, Leicester.
