EDF Energy – Nuclear New Build

Certain individuals working on the Hinkley Point C Nuclear New Build require security vetting in order to access site and project buildings. In order to attain this vetting Waldeck must collect all relevant personal data required, which is then only passed on to the Hinkley Point C Vetting Team at EDF Energy.

We use Survey Monkey to collect feedback from clients on the work we have carried out for them. This is then used to provide feedback to the project team and used for auditing purposes.

Safeguarding Measures

Waldeck Associates Ltd takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place which include controlled levels of access on IT systems, hardware firewalls, a robust password policy, restricted USB access, restricted admin access and anti-virus protection. Waldeck Associates Ltd have been assessed against the UK Government led Cyber Essentials initiative and currently hold the award.

Transfers Outside the EU

Personal data in the European Union is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but some other countries may not necessarily have the same high standard of protection for your personal data. Waldeck Associates Ltd does not transfer or store any personal data outside the EU.
