Following Waldeck’s appointment through Trent and Dove Housing Ltd’s framework to provide Employer’s Agent services on the Shobnall Street 26 unit residential scheme, we are pleased to share that we have been appointed as Employers Agent on four further sites in and around Burton-upon-Trent.
All four sites have been appointed through the framework and include:
- Red House Farm – 11 residential units
- Newton Road – 18 residential units
- Etwall Phase 2/3 – 22 residential units
- Forest Road – 8 residential units
