Pedestrian Flow for Perry Barr Station
A major redevelopment has taken place at the existing Perry Barr Station in Birmingham as part of the regeneration of the surrounding area.
Waldeck were the lead design organisation providing full multi-disciplinary services on the scheme for Galliford Try who are the main contractor. As part of our involvement on the project, our team provided Pedestrian Flow Modelling.

Nottingham Enterprise Zone
Waldeck provided a multi-disciplinary service working at the Boots Headquarters campus in Nottingham for Nottingham Regeneration Ltd (in Partnership with Nottingham City Council and the Landowner partner; Boots) including the remediation of the former manufacturing areas for redevelopment for residential and commercial use.

PORT OF SHEERNESS, ROYAL BRIDGE RORO PONTOON
The project includes the replacement of an existing RoRo pontoon which is at the end of its useable life. Working with Peel Ports, Waldeck provided a feasibility study, followed by digital capture services to understand the condition of the RoRo pontoon and surrounding area before further works could be carried out.

Peel Ports Groups ambitious plans for the former steelworks site include accommodation for various uses, including automotive parking and servicing, covered warehousing and open storage for general ports’ use.

The Council has been working in partnership with Network Rail, rail operators, Transport for West Midlands, Friargate Coventry LLP and other stakeholders, including our team at Waldeck.
