The role
Specialists in either the Building and Development sectors, Chartered Quantity Surveyors will build and manage their teams to assist in producing technically brilliant solutions utilising the skills of resources across the company.
Chartered Quantity Surveyors will work to build on the existing client-base and provide an exceptional coordinated and coherent multi-disciplinary service to Waldeck’s Clients.
Responsibilities
Within this role your responsibilities will include:
- Seeking new appointment/clients’ sources and submitting bids at agreed
- Delivering services in accordance with the agreed appointment
- Managing and mentoring junior team members

- Schedule of Condition Surveys
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
